As Team Lead, planned for and implemented the fall and winter seasons of the Little Penguins Learn to Play Programs
Led the expansion of the program, increasing enrolment by 67% to 2,000 participants from 2016 to 2017
Managed youth intermission programs such as the Puck Pals and Jr. Starter programs
Also helped lead the creation of the Pittsburgh Penguins Learn to Play Dek Hockey program and Try Hockey for Free Equipment grant
