Marketing & IT

COVID-19 brought it’s fair share of challenges to the world in 2020. For me, it meant having some additional time to focus on supporting and growing small businesses. With an open and eager mind, I joined the Mortgage Alliance - TMC Group as the team’s Marketing & IT Consultant. With the group looking to part ways from the national company they belonged to, they needed to create an IT and Marketing infrastructure that could support and promote the team.

IT Infrastructure

Implemented an IT solution for the company through Microsoft 365 after creating and distributing an RFP to various providers. Manage the continued support of the platform, including on-boarding and off-boarding new users.

Marketing Strategy

Developed a strategy to grow the brand’s digital presence and help grow the business of the 20 agent network. I’ve grown views of the firm’s Google Business Listing by 50% in May and 33% in June on a month-over-month basis. 

Creative Design

Responsible for creating 2 social posts a week for all agents, with average post engagement increasing as much as 525%. Also leading the creation of the TMC Wealth brand which includes creating: branding assets, website, and marketing strategy. 

 

Company Rebrand

Led the agency’s rebrand through new logo, typography, and design creation. Created new brand standards for the organization and acted as the COE for all brand design.

Document Branding

Branded all client facing documents for agents and the TMC brand. Took an additional projects such as this Client Welcome Book for new clients.

Ad Mgmt. & Lead Gen.

Managed a $2k per month spend on social and digital properties such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Focused on brand awareness, lead generation, and agent recruitment.
